IIoT-Based Gasifier Hotspot Monitoring Solution (Delivered to Reliance)

Developed an end-to-end IIoT-based thermal monitoring system to track real-time gasifier surface temperature at Reliance Industries, enhancing operational safety and efficiency.

Integrated a thermal camera and IoT edge gateway, enabling continuous hotspot detection and reducing unplanned gasifier shutdowns.

Designed a real-time dashboard and analytics system, providing insights on temperature trends, alerts, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Led the complete project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and system architecture to deployment and optimization, ensuring scalability and real-time monitoring accuracy.

IIoT-Based Live Vehicle Data Tacking (Delivered to ONGC)

Developed an IoT-based Fleet Remote Tracking and Monitoring Solution, enabling real-time tracking of vehicle status, fuel consumption, and operational efficiency.

Implemented data analytics for key fleet metrics, including running kilometers, fuel efficiency, hour meter readings, and vehicle utilization, using raw data from IoT edge gateways.

Designed and integrated real-time dashboards, providing insights on fleet movement, job allocation, alerts, and predictive maintenance, enhancing decision-making for fleet management.

Led end-to-end project development, from requirement gathering and system architecture to implementation and deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability in industrial fleet operations.

Fleet Management IoT System (Raspberry pi, ESP32)

Developed a comprehensive fleet management system leveraging IoT technologies to optimize fleet operations. Integrated ESP32 microcontroller with NEO-M8N GPS module for real-time data collection.

Utilized Raspberry Pi for hosting Node.js server, Node-RED dashboard, and PostgreSQL database. Implemented features such as live tracking, route optimization, and automated email notifications.

Achieved operational excellence through enhanced visibility, efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.

Real-time Person Detection and Counting System using YOLOv8

This project showcases a real-time person detection and counting system implemented using the YOLOv8 object detection model and object tracking techniques.

The system is capable of detecting and tracking persons in a video stream, accurately counting the number of people moving in a specified direction.

Smart Garage System (ESP32, LoRa Module), (Company Granted), (Presented In 9th International Conference on Smart Trends in Computing and Communications) (Pune)

Designed an IoT-enabled garage control system using ESP32 and LoRa modules, with mobile app integration for secure access control.

SightSense (Nvidia Jetson Nano, Arduino) (SSIP Granted 2,00,000 INR)

Funding Identification: CHA/ADM/2021/03/331, Published Patent Application Number: 202321071599, iprsearch.ipindia.gov.in/publicsearch

Used the NVIDIA Jetson Nano to run the pre-trained YOLOV8l model for object identification, and an Arduino circuit in conjunction with an ultrasonic sensor was used to determine the distance between a blind person and the nearest object to that person and vibrate the stick.

Additionally, the project leverages the potential of wireless Bluetooth technology to audibly announce the names of detected objects within the visually impaired individuals surrounding environment. And this solution has been submitted for a national-level patent in India.

Water Quality Monitoring using IoT and Securing Data Storage through IPFS & Blockchain (Jetson Orin Nano, Raspberry pi, Arduino)

SSIP 2.0 Granted 83,000 INR, College Granted Research Project

The pH, TDS, Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP), and Analogue Dissolved Oxygen Sensor (DO) sensors are utilized in this project. These sensors measure the waters pH, TDS, ORP, and DO and transmit the information to an Arduino Maga board connected serially to a Raspberry Pi (For the analog to digital conversion).

The raspberry pi uses stream cypher (RC4), salsa 20, and AES-256 CTR to encrypt data before sending it to the block chain for security.

It can detect the humidity of the soil and the appropriate crop that is selected.

Motion Detection Photo Capturing (Raspberry pi)

Utilise the inbuilt camera on the raspberry pi to capture a picture of any movement detected by the PIR sensor, and then deliver a snapshot of that movement on personal email.

Fully based on google assistant home and Alexa automation using Blink, Adfruit, Sinric Pro MQTT brokers.
